RULES
Cost: $50.00 (non-refundable)
Set-Up: 10AM – 1PM
Event hours: 2PM – 7PM
Breakdown: Begins at 7PM and space must be 100% clear by 8PM

Vendor Spaces: Vendors will be provided a designated 10’x10’ space on The Great Lawn inside the Longview Arboretum. Tents are NOT provided. Electricity is available in select areas and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Food Truck vendors will have a designated parking space in the Maude Cobb parking lot.

Vendor space will be reserved on a first-registered, first-served basis. No booth will be reserved until payment and signed Vendor Application form is received. Vendor agrees to provide completed and signed Vendor Application form by Friday, April 4, 2025.

If you are serving food or samples of food, you must contact City of Longview and provide event and any required permits to the Longview Arboretum by Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Those without the required permits will not be permitted to participate in the event.

Table with décor, tent, chairs, displays, signs, and any other equipment necessary for vendor booth. Vendor will provide at least one staffer at the table throughout the event.

The Longview Arboretum is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Exhibitor’s property or person during the event.

In the event of a inclement weather, the vendor booths shall be moved into the Warehouse space connected to the Nature Center, located at 706 West Cotton Street.
