The Longview Arboretum is a 26-acre park with a master plan for design being phased in as fundraising progresses. Through the generosity of donors and local business, the first phase of construction (11 acres) is now open to the public! We value the hours, enthusiasm, and donations you’ve provided to see this arboretum cultivated, and hope you’ll join us in seeing it mature and blossom.Â
The Longview Arboretum and Nature Center is located just west of Spur 31/McCann on Cotton Street and adjacent to Maude Cobb Convention Center. Our main entrance is located at:
Parking is free and located in front of the Visitor Center building on Cotton Street. Overflow parking for events is available at Maude Cobb. The west gate entrance adjacent to Maude Cobb will be open during events that require overflow parking.
We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Fourth of July.

Learn about the plant life in the Longview Arboretum by scheduling a tour with a Garden Guide. Tours for groups of 10 or more are available by appointment.  Guided tours are $10 per person, which includes your admission fee. Please schedule at least 7 days in advance for group tours and other programs.Â
