Kat Cochran has served as Marketing Director of the Longview Arboretum & Nature Center since August 2024. In her role, she oversees the Arboretum’s marketing, communications, community outreach and special events.
Kat enjoys introducing visitors to all the Arboretum has to offer. She is passionate about planning memorable events that bring people together, strengthen community connections and offer new ways to experience the gardens.
In addition to her role at the Arboretum, Kat serves on the board of Keep Longview Beautiful, as Director of Public Image for the Longview-Greggton Rotary Club, and on the Membership Committee for the American Public Gardens Association. A lifelong connection to Longview has shaped Kat’s commitment to the community. She is a graduate of Longview High School and Texas Christian University.
